Coachivas helps women find trusted coaches for real life transitions: career change, motherhood, relationships, burnout, confidence, well-being, and personal growth.
It is free to apply and free to be listed. There are no subscription fees, no onboarding costs, and no hidden charges.
You choose how you take bookings
- Bring your own Calendly: Keep 100% of what you charge. There is no commission when clients book through your own calendar.
- Use our built-in booking system: We take 20% commission per paid session. This helps cover scheduling, reminders, payments, and platform support.
You are always in control of how you manage your bookings.
What happens after you apply
We review every coach application within 2 working days. If your coaching offer is a strong fit for Coachivas, we will invite you to create your coach profile and go live on the platform.
Once accepted, you can:
- Create and manage your own coach profile
- Show your coaching niche, experience, and session style
- Collect reviews from clients
- Connect your own booking calendar or use our booking system
- Publish blogs to build trust and improve your visibility, and get your profile visible on Google Search
Who we accept
Coachivas is for women coaches only. We carefully review every coach to keep the platform trusted, supportive, and useful for both clients and coaches. We look at your coaching experience, qualifications, niche, approach, and fit with the women we support.
If your application is not accepted, you are welcome to reapply after 6 months.
