My background is unusually interdisciplinary: I studied comparative religion in college, spent five years working in hospice care, and raised three children while building a coaching practice from my kitchen table. That combination—academic theology, death-and-dying perspective, and the school of hard parenting knocks—hapes everything I do. I don't have all the answers, but I've sit with enough people in crisis to know that the spiritual hunger you're feeling is real, valid, and worth exploring without fundamentalism OR new-age dismissal. You will develop a personal spiritual practice that doesn't require you to wake up at 4:30 AM or read six books a month—omething realistic for your actual life stage. We'll work on integrating contemplative practices with the chaos of family life, career pressure, and the identity questions that hit hardest when you're responsible for others. I help you navigate the grief and growth of mid-life questioning, the spiritual bypass that masquerades as enlightenment, and the family-of-origin wounds that keep replaying in your current relationships. Clients report feeling less fragmented—like they can finally be a thoughtful, questioning person AND a present parent/spouse. I specialize in working with spiritual seekers who've been hurt by religious institutions, parents struggling to raise conscious children in a distracted world, and anyone in the middle of a life chapter that doesn't fit neatly into anyone else's framework.
