Coachivas is a women-only coaching marketplace. These answers cover booking, accounts, and how things work—for women who book support and for coaches on the platform.

Coachivas is a women-only coaching platform. You can discover coaches, book private sessions, and manage bookings from your account. Coaching here is focused on support for women—for example career change, burnout, relationships, health and life transitions, and similar themes, depending on each coach’s offer.

Open Find a Coach and use search and filters (topics, keywords, availability, ratings where shown). Read each coach’s profile to see who they help, how they work, and how to book.

On the coach’s profile, choose an available time, complete the booking steps, and confirm payment if required. You should receive a confirmation by email and/or in your dashboard with session details.

Payments are handled through the platform using the methods shown at checkout (for example card or other enabled gateways). You are charged according to what you confirm at booking—if anything is unclear on the screen, contact support before you pay.

Cancellation and reschedule rules depend on the session type, notice period, and coach or platform policy shown at booking. Check your booking confirmation and your dashboard; if you are stuck, use Contact us or support with your booking reference.

Contact support as soon as you can with your booking details. The team can help with rescheduling or next steps according to your situation and the applicable policy.

After eligible sessions, you may be invited to leave honest feedback about your experience. Reviews help other women choose a coach and help coaches improve—keep them factual and respectful.

The application asks whether you are already certified or still building toward certification. We look at your fit, ethics, and clarity, not only certificates—but credibility and client safety matter, so answer accurately.

The marketplace is built for women clients seeking coaching. Your profile and positioning should reflect who you help and how you support women in line with platform standards and your scope of practice.

After approval, use your coach dashboard to configure what you offer, your availability, and your session types or packages as your product allows. Keep your profile accurate so clients know what to expect.

Payouts are processed through the platform according to your payout settings and the rules shown in your coach account (timing, minimums, and any required verification). Update bank or payout details only in the secure account area.

Outcome depends on notice period, session rules, and platform or coach policy in effect at the time of booking. Check your coach dashboard and booking notifications; if a case is unclear, contact support with the booking ID.

Use a clear photo, a specific niche and outcomes-focused description, accurate credentials, and respond promptly. Reviews from real sessions are one of the strongest signals for women choosing a coach.
