Help for clients and coaches
Coachivas is a women-only coaching platform. You can discover coaches, book private sessions, and manage bookings from your account. Coaching here is focused on support for women—for example career change, burnout, relationships, health and life transitions, and similar themes, depending on each coach’s offer.
Open Find a Coach and use search and filters (topics, keywords, availability, ratings where shown). Read each coach’s profile to see who they help, how they work, and how to book.
On the coach’s profile, choose an available time, complete the booking steps, and confirm payment if required. You should receive a confirmation by email and/or in your dashboard with session details.
You pay the price shown at checkout. That charge goes to the coach's Stripe account. Coachivas takes 12% from her side, not as an extra on your bill. Stripe takes its card fee. If her profile uses Calendly or Message me, you arrange payment with her. If the price on screen is unclear, contact support before you pay.
Cancellation and reschedule rules depend on the session type, notice period, and coach or platform policy shown at booking. Check your booking confirmation and your dashboard; if you are stuck, use Contact us or support with your booking reference.
Contact support as soon as you can with your booking details. The team can help with rescheduling or next steps according to your situation and the applicable policy.
After eligible sessions, you may be invited to leave honest feedback about your experience. Reviews help other women choose a coach and help coaches improve—keep them factual and respectful.
Your account and booking details are used to run sessions and payments. For full detail on data use, rights, and retention, read the Privacy policy linked in the footer
Apply from Join As A Coach. The form is at /coach/apply/form. Listing is free after you are accepted. There is no monthly fee and no onboarding fee.
The application asks whether you are already certified or still building toward certification. We look at your fit, ethics, and clarity, not only certificates—but credibility and client safety matter, so answer accurately.
The marketplace is built for women clients seeking coaching. Your profile and positioning should reflect who you help and how you support women in line with platform standards and your scope of practice.
After approval, choose Coachivas booking, Calendly, or Message me in Manage Bookings. You can add courses, packs, programmes, and group classes on your profile. A pay link for an existing client is created from My Clients. Keep your profile accurate so clients know what to expect.
When a client pays on Coachivas, the money goes to your Stripe account. Coachivas takes 12%. Stripe takes its card fee. On Calendly, Message me, and a pay link from My Clients, you keep the full fee. Connect Stripe in Account settings so clients can pay on your profile.
Outcome depends on notice period, session rules, and platform or coach policy in effect at the time of booking. Check your coach dashboard and booking notifications; if a case is unclear, contact support with the booking ID.
Use a clear photo, a specific niche and outcomes-focused description, accurate credentials, and respond promptly. Reviews from real sessions are one of the strongest signals for women choosing a coach.
Use Contact us or your admin/support channel for disputes, verification, payouts, or technical issues. Include screenshots and booking or user references where possible.
