Divorce coaching for women

The end of a marriage can bring grief, relief, fear and uncertainty, sometimes in the same day. There may also be decisions to make and children to care for. It is understandable if you are finding it hard to think clearly.

Divorce coaching is time to work through the personal and practical changes of separation. You may be preparing for a difficult conversation, adjusting to co-parenting, or getting used to making decisions on your own.

A coach can help you organise your thoughts and prepare how you want to communicate. There is also room to consider life beyond the separation, without pressure to feel ready before you are.

Explore women divorce coaches on Coachivas. Coaching does not replace legal advice or therapy. If you are experiencing abuse or feel unsafe, seek specialist domestic abuse support.

I help people stop settling in relationships, especially the ones they've convinced themselves are 'good enough.' My approach is compassionate but unsentimental, blending attachment science with real talk about what you're actually afraid of.
What is divorce coaching for women?

Private 1:1 support for the personal and practical changes of separation: a difficult conversation, co-parenting, or getting used to deciding on your own. It does not replace a therapist or a lawyer.

Who is divorce coaching for?

Women finding it hard to think clearly after a marriage ends, including those caring for children through it. You do not need to feel ready for a new life before you start.

What happens in a divorce coaching session?

You talk through the week and the decisions in front of you. A coach helps you organise your thoughts and how you want to communicate. She does not file paperwork or treat a clinical crisis.

When should I see a therapist instead of a divorce coach?

If there is abuse or a mental-health crisis, start with clinical care and the people who handle safety. Coaching cannot make an abusive situation safe.
