What is career coaching for women?

Private 1:1 time to decide what you want from work and how to take the next step. That might mean returning after children, asking for a promotion, or changing direction after years in the same field. A career coach does not find you a job or speak to HR for you.

What happens in a career coaching session?

You talk about the work situation and what you have already tried. A coach can help you see your strengths and agree a next step, such as a conversation, an application, or more time to decide.

When should I see a therapist instead of a career coach?

If work has become impossible because you are unwell, or you cannot get through a day, start with a clinician. Coaching is for a career question you can still work on.
