I'm an entrepreneur turned business coach, which means I've made every mistake I'm now paid to help others avoid. I founded my first company at 24, scaled it to 8 figures in three years, and then burned out so completely that I spent six months unable to look at a spreadsheet without a panic response. That collapse became my most valuable business education. I'm a certified business coach through the Small Business Administration's mentor program, hold an MBA from Babson (the entrepreneurship school), and trained in the EOS traction model. I've mentored over 300 early-stage founders through various accelerator programs and am an active angel investor. I write about sustainable entrepreneurship at Entrepreneur Magazine and my own blog.
