That moment sparked a six-year journey through meditation retreats, philosophy books, and a deep reconnection with the spiritual traditions I grew up with. I don't preach or convert—I'm just someone who's sat with the same questions you're probably asking now. What does a meaningful life look like after 50? How do I stop running on autopilot? Why do I feel spiritually thirsty in a life that looks successful from the outside? I traded my nursing scrubs for a coaching practice because I discovered that the most powerful thing I could offer wasn't in a hospital gown.
