About me

I spent twenty years in corporate leadership, the last eight as a Senior Vice President at a global media company. I've managed large teams through mergers, layoffs, restructures, and the kind of ambiguity that would make most people quit by Tuesday. I know what it costs to lead at that level — the loneliness, the identity erosion, the gap between who you are and who the role requires. I left to become a coach because the leaders I most admired were the ones who'd found a way to lead from wholeness, not performance. I'm a PCC with the International Coaching Federation, a graduate of the Columbia University Leadership Coaching program, and I hold a master's in applied psychology.
