I'm a career coach who spent ten years in recruitment and talent strategy before getting fed up with watching great people settle for jobs that were actively wrong for them. I'm a career coach who spent ten years in recruitment and talent strategy before getting fed up with watching great people settle for jobs that were actively wrong for them. I've seen what happens when people chase prestige instead of fit, the slow erosion of energy, creativity, and identity that shows up years later as burnout, resentment, or just a general sense of being stuck. I trained in career coaching through the Career Development Framework and I'm also certified in the CliftonStrengths assessment system, which means I help people understand not just what they're good at, but what energizes them.
