In our work together, we'll focus on the practical and the personal, because they're intertwined. I'll help you clarify your vision, identify obstacles, and build concrete action plans. If you're starting a business, we'll work through market positioning, pricing, and growth strategy. If you're navigating a career change, we'll explore your strengths, values, and market opportunities. I specialize in helping clients overcome the mental hurdles that keep them stuck, fear, self-doubt, and the tendency to overthink. You'll develop better communication skills, stronger boundaries, and the confidence to make decisions aligned with your goals. My coaching creates lasting change by addressing who you need to become, not just what you need to do. Show less
