I help people stop settling in relationships—especially the ones they've convinced themselves are 'good enough.' My approach is compassionate but unsentimental, blending attachment science with real talk about what you're actually afraid of.

I went through a divorce at 35 that shattered my understanding of myself, and that unraveling became my greatest professional teacher. You'll learn to identify the self-sabotaging patterns you've mistaken for personality. Concrete outcomes include: communicating your needs without a panic attack, recognizing when you're choosing familiarity over genuine connection, and building the emotional regulation skills that make intimacy possible. I offer both couples work and individual coaching. Many of my clients come to me burned out from dating apps, post-divorce, or stuck in relationships where they're roommates pretending to be partners. My job is to help you stop numbing and start connecting—on purpose. Show less
