How to Handle Silence in Coaching Sessions
New coaches often find silence deeply uncomfortable. There's an instinctive urge to fill the quiet,...
A lot of us think we have to be completely healed before we can move forward, set boundaries, love ourselves better, or become the woman we know we’re supposed to be.
But healing doesn’t really work like that.
Sometimes healing looks powerful, and sometimes it looks like crying in the car and still showing up. Sometimes it’s saying “no” without feeling like you owe somebody a whole explanation. As a coach, I’m not here to act like I have a perfect life or that healing happens overnight. I believe in real conversations, reflection, accountability, journaling, and helping people get honest about what they want their life to look like.

Start where you are.
Set one boundary.
Tell yourself one truth.
Write one page.
Choose yourself again.
Journal Prompt:

Affirmation:
I give myself permission to grow beyond the version of me that only knew how to survive.
