I help those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from their goals gain clarity, build confidence, set meaningful goals, establish healthy boundaries, and move forward through practical coaching and creative, expressive tools.

What I will offer in my session

Each session is tailored to the client and what they want to work through or accomplish. We’ll begin by identifying the main focus for the session, then use guided conversation, reflective questions, and creative exercises to explore it more deeply. Depending on the client’s needs, we may work on goal setting, confidence, boundaries, mindset, self-care, or personal growth. Every session will end with clear, realistic next steps so the client leaves with something they can put into action.
