I didn’t create My Era because I had life perfectly figured out. I created it because I know what it feels like to build a life that looks successful from the outside and still realize that somewhere along the way, you stopped recognizing yourself in it.
I’ve spent much of my career helping organizations navigate change. My work has always been about looking at something complicated, understanding what is really happening underneath it, and creating clarity around what needs to change. Eventually, I realized I was asking many of those same questions in my own life.
Who am I now? What still fits? What am I doing because I genuinely want it, and what am I doing because I’ve become very good at being the person everyone else needs me to be?
That thinking became the foundation for My Era.
My background is in communication, strategy, transformation, and understanding how people and systems evolve. But My Era is also deeply personal. I know what it is like to move through changing relationships, motherhood, career shifts, expectations, and the realization that being capable of carrying everything doesn’t necessarily mean you should.
I created My Era to give women a place to figure out who they are now before rushing to decide what they should do next. Because I don’t believe we need to reinvent ourselves every time life changes. Sometimes we just need the space to recognize the woman who is already there, and give her permission to build a life that actually fits.

You’ve spent years being capable, responsible, and there for everyone else, and somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself. You may be navigating a career change, burnout, motherhood, an empty nest, divorce, a changing relationship, or simply the realization that the woman you are today wants something different.
You don’t have to know what you want next. That’s where we start.
I’ll help you recognize who you are now, separate what genuinely matters to you from what you’ve been carrying out of habit or expectation, and begin creating a life that feels like yours again.

Maybe nothing is obviously wrong. You have a life you worked hard to build - a career, relationships, routines - and it reflects years of real decisions about what mattered to you. And yet, at some point, you look at that perfectly reasonable life and think, this doesn't feel quite...
