What it costs to list as a coach on Coachivas
Application is free. Listing is free. There is no monthly subscription. The only fee is 20% if a client pays through Coachivas booking. Calendly bookings you run yourself have no commission.

Worked examples
What you keep on a $150 session
Say you charge $150 for a session.
Client books through your Calendly: you keep $150. Coachivas takes $0. You still pay whatever Calendly charges you for their product.
Client books and pays through Coachivas: you keep $120. Coachivas takes $30 (20%).
Four platform-paid sessions a month at $150 is $120 to Coachivas and $480 to you. Four Calendly sessions at the same rate is $0 to Coachivas and $600 to you, minus your Calendly bill.
Compared with paying for a listing
Most directories charge you to exist. We do not.
A lot of coach directories sell annual listing packages. You pay whether anyone books or not. Coachivas does not charge a listing fee.
Paperbell and similar tools are software you pay to run your practice. They are not a marketplace of women looking for a coach. BetterUp hires coaches into employer programs. That is a different job.

Is there a free life coach directory listing on Coachivas?
Yes. After you are accepted, the listing itself costs nothing. No monthly subscription.
When do you take 20%?
Only on sessions paid through Coachivas booking. Not on Calendly bookings you run yourself.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Application is free. There are no onboarding charges printed on this site.
Can I use both Calendly and platform booking?
You pick a booking method in Manage Bookings. The public profile follows that choice. You can change it later.
Do clients pay extra on top of my rate?
Your session fee is what you set. The 20% on platform bookings comes out of that fee, not as a surprise add-on we invented for this page.
