What it costs to list as a coach on Coachivas
Application is free. Listing is free. There is no monthly subscription. When she pays through Coachivas, the money goes to your Stripe and Coachivas takes 12%. On Calendly, Message me, and a pay link from My Clients, Coachivas takes 0%.

Listing costs nothing. What Coachivas takes depends on how she pays.

You choose the booking method in Manage Bookings after you go live. Connect Stripe in Account settings when you want her to pay on your profile.
Worked example
What you keep on a $150 session
Say you charge $150 for a session.
If she pays on Coachivas, Coachivas takes 12%, which is $18. The remaining $132 goes to your Stripe, and Stripe takes its card fee from that charge.
If she books on your Calendly, Coachivas takes 0%. You arrange the $150 yourself, and you still pay whatever Calendly charges for their product. A pay link from My Clients is also 0% to Coachivas. Stripe's card fee still applies on that link.

A lot of coach directories sell annual listing packages. You pay whether anyone books or not. Coachivas does not charge a listing fee.
Paperbell and similar tools are software you pay to run your practice. They are not a place where women come to look for a coach. BetterUp hires coaches into employer programmes. That is a different job.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Application is free. There are no onboarding charges on this site.
Where do I add my Calendly link?
In Manage Bookings after you are listed. Paste your Calendly URL and save. Your public profile follows that choice.
Do clients pay extra on top of my rate?
No. She pays the price you set. On Coachivas checkout, the 12% comes out of your Stripe charge. Stripe takes its card fee as well.
