Coachivas vs other places coaches list
This is not a review site. It is how we differ from the tools coaches usually mention: general directories, practice software, and employer coaching platforms.

What each one is actually for
If a cell says it depends, that company changes packages. Check their site before you pay anyone.
| Platform | What it is | Who sees you | Typical cost to the coach | Use it if |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachivas | Women-only coaching marketplace | Women hiring a private coach | Free listing. 0% on your Calendly. 20% on platform-paid sessions. | You coach women and want a public profile plus booking. |
| Noomii | Long-running general coach directory | Anyone browsing coaches | Usually a paid listing. Confirm current packages on their site. | You want a large mixed directory and will pay to be in it. |
| Paperbell | Practice software: scheduling, payments, client portal | People you already sent there. Not a public marketplace. | Software subscription. Not a listing fee in a directory. | You already have clients and want ops tools, not discovery. |
| Life Coach Directory | Coach directory (stronger in some regions than others) | People searching that brand by name | Typically paid membership. Check their current fees. | You want that specific directory brand on your resume. |
| WiseHead | Coach directory and matching site | Their visitor base | Listing and lead models vary. Confirm on their site. | You are shopping directories and want a second listing. |
| BetterUp | Employer-paid coaching for staff | Employees inside companies that buy BetterUp | You apply to coach for them. It is not a public list-my-practice page. | You want W-2 or contractor work inside a corporate coaching product. |
The short version
Directory, software, or employer platform
Noomii, Life Coach Directory, and WiseHead are directories. You usually pay them to appear in their index. Traffic and quality vary. They are not women-only.
Paperbell does not send you strangers. It helps you run the clients you already have. Comparing it to Coachivas as a directory alternative mixes two categories. Some coaches use both: list here, run admin there.
BetterUp is closer to a coaching employer than a place to hang a shingle. Private clients who found you on their own is a different path.
Coachivas is a directory plus booking for women coaches and women clients, with a free listing and a published commission split.

Comparison questions
Is Coachivas a Noomii alternative?
For coaches who want a public listing, yes, that is a fair comparison. Coachivas is smaller, women-only, and does not charge a listing fee. Noomii is older and broader.
Is Coachivas a Paperbell alternative?
Only if you thought Paperbell was a marketplace. It is not. Use Paperbell for operations. Use Coachivas when you want to be found by women looking for a coach.
Can I list on Coachivas and another directory?
Yes. We do not ask you to be exclusive. One profile you keep current usually beats two you neglect.
Why would I not just use Instagram?
You can. Many coaches do. A directory catches people searching find a life coach. Social catches people who already follow you. Different entry points.
