We read every application
Review usually takes about two working days. If the offer fits, we invite you to build the profile and go live.
If it is not a fit, you can reapply after six months. We look at who you help, how you coach, and whether that matches the women on this site.

Is Coachivas a free life coach directory?
Yes. Listing is free after you are accepted. There is no subscription. You only pay if you use platform booking, which takes 20% of those paid sessions. Calendly bookings you run yourself have no commission.
Do I need to be certified to list?
Certification is not a legal requirement in the US, and we do not require a specific credential. We review fit, experience, and how you work with clients. Documented training helps some applications. It does not guarantee acceptance.
Can I keep using Calendly?
Yes. Connect your Calendly link and keep 100% of those bookings. You can also use Coachivas scheduling if you want payments and reminders handled here.
Who will see my profile?
Women browsing Find a coach and the specialty hubs. Your profile can also appear in Google Search once it is live. We do not sell your listing as a paid ad package.
How is this different from Noomii or Life Coach Directory?
Those are general directories. Coachivas is women-only, listing is free, and you can keep 100% on your own calendar. Read the alternatives page for a side-by-side.
