Coachivas vs Paperbell
A Paperbell alternative that also brings you clients
Paperbell is good software. It schedules sessions, sells packages, sends contracts and takes payment. It does not introduce you to a woman who has never heard of you. Coachivas lists you where women are already looking for a coach, and gives you bookings, My Clients, courses, and a link in bio in the same account.

The short answer
Is Coachivas a Paperbell alternative?
For most solo coaches, yes. Both give you scheduling, payment collection and a client-facing page. Coachivas costs nothing to list once your application is accepted, and it also puts you on Find a coach. Paperbell charges a monthly subscription and sends you no one.
Paperbell is the better choice if your practice depends on a legal e-sign certificate, deep invoicing, or heavy session notes. Those are its strengths.
If not enough people know you exist, software will not fix that. Scheduling features do not create a client who has never heard of you.

Coachivas vs Paperbell
Paperbell changes its packages from time to time, so we do not publish their prices here. Check their site for current pricing before you decide.
| What you need | Coachivas | Paperbell |
|---|---|---|
| Cost to you | Free to apply, free to list, no monthly fee | Paid monthly subscription |
| New clients find you | Yes. Public profile on Find a coach and the specialty hubs | No. You bring your own traffic |
| How she books you | Coachivas booking, Calendly, or Message me. You choose in Manage Bookings | Built-in scheduling |
| What Coachivas takes | 12% on Coachivas checkout (sessions, courses, packs, programmes, group classes). 0% on Calendly, Message me, and a My Clients pay link. Stripe card fee is separate on card charges | Card payments through their checkout (their fees apply) |
| Link in bio page | Included once you are live. Themes, cover photo, socials, extra links, your posts | Not the same thing. You would add Linktree or Stan Store |
| My Clients | One list for people who book, buy, message, take a freebie, or whom you add. Private notes, status, follow-up date, sessions, pay links | Client records inside their portal |
| Courses | A course you write on your profile. You set the title, description, and price. Promo codes for your own courses | Digital products and packages on their plans |
| Sessions, packs, programmes, group classes | Yes, on your profile. Coachivas takes 12% when she pays through Coachivas | Yesaged programmes are a core strength |
| Client messaging | Inbox with real-time chat. Tasks and files on the client record | Client portal and email |
| Lead capture | Free PDF or Wheel of Life on your profile or link in bio. Leads land in My Clients | Not a lead generation tool |
| Posts and SEO | Posts under your name from your profile, and optionally on link in bio | No blog. You would need your own site |
| Reviews | Read and search the reviews clients leave | Collect testimonials yourself |
| Agreement and signatures | One agreement she reads, types her name, and signs. A pack or programme can wait until she has signed. A record of agreement, not a legal e-sign certificate | Legal e-sign built in |
| Intake and exit forms | One intake form and one exit form | Forms and client paperwork in their product |
| Google Calendar and Zoom | Connect Google Calendar so a booked session lands on your calendar. Connect your own Zoom so she gets a Zoom link | Calendar and video options on their plans |
| Who can join | Women coaches only, by application. Clients are women | Anyone who pays |
Where Paperbell wins
We are not the answer for everyone
If you need a legal e-sign certificate, deep invoicing, and structured notes on a heavy caseload, Paperbell does that better.
If you coach men, or coach both, Coachivas is not for you. This platform is women coaching women, on both sides.
You can use both. Plenty of coaches list here so women can find them, then run contracts and admin in software they already like. We do not ask for exclusivity.

Switching
What using Coachivas looks like
Apply, and we read every application. Review usually takes about two working days. We look at who you help, how you coach, and whether that matches the women on this site.
Once accepted you build your profile: photo, story, rate, credentials, and the areas you coach. Tag your specialties and you appear on the matching hubs.
Then choose how you take bookings in Manage Bookings. Paste your Calendly link and she books there. Coachivas takes 0% on Calendly and on Message me. When she pays on Coachivas, the money goes to your Stripe and Coachivas takes 12%. Stripe takes its card fee. A pay link from My Clients stays at 0%.
There is no export or migration to do. Your existing clients stay where they are.

Questions about switching
Is there a free Paperbell alternative?
Coachivas is free for coaches once your application is accepted. You get a public profile, three ways to take bookings, a link-in-bio page, My Clients, courses, packs, programmes, an inbox, lead capture, posts and reviews, with no monthly subscription. On Calendly, Message me, and a My Clients pay link, Coachivas takes 0%. On Coachivas checkout, Coachivas takes 12%.
What does Paperbell do that Coachivas does not?
A legal e-sign certificate, deeper invoicing, and heavier session notes. Packs, programmes, and courses can be sold on Coachivas. If a countersigned legal certificate is central to how you work, Paperbell is the stronger tool for that part.
What does Coachivas do that Paperbell does not?
It brings you clients. Your profile sits on Find a coach and on specialty hubs where women are searching. Paperbell only ever serves people you already sent there. Coachivas also includes a link-in-bio page, My Clients, lead capture and posts at no listing fee.
Can I keep my Calendly if I switch?
Yes. Paste your Calendly link in Manage Bookings and she books on your calendar. Coachivas takes 0% on those bookings. Coachivas takes 12% only when she pays on Coachivas.
Do I have to stop using Paperbell?
No. Listing on Coachivas is not exclusive. Use us for discovery and keep Paperbell for contracts if that suits you.
Is it really free, or is there a catch?
Application is free and listing is free after you are accepted. There is no subscription and no listing fee. On Calendly, Message me, and a pay link from My Clients, Coachivas takes 0%. Coachivas takes 12% when she pays on Coachivas for a session, course, pack, programme, or group class. Stripe takes its card fee on that charge.
